DANCE

The Dance group is also for those in 1st grade and above. Potential team members are required to attend an audition to be on the team. All dancers will be placed in a required Tap and Jazz routine. Dancers will also have the option to sign up for additional group routines in various genre including contemporary lyrical and music theatre that will practice 1 Saturday or Sunday a month. Company Dance group members will be assigned a Required Core Tap and Jazz class on Tuesday nights, their Required Competition Tap and Jazz routines as well as a Required Technique class. Dancers will also be required to attend a 4-Day Summer Camp in August. No decisions about specific groups or routines will be made until after auditions. Once announced, all placements are final. Should a dancer not want to participate in a given routine, they will be removed from all routines and the core classes for that season. The Dance Group routines will perform in 5 competitions this season. All routine placements are final. Dancers are able to participate in both the Company Dance Group and Company Production Group.
